ELASTEX WATERPROOF 3-IN-1 is an anti-leak coating paint with 3-in-1 properties and Hydro-Flex technology. Made from acrylic elastomeric latex which is excellent for preventing water leaks, covering hairline cracks, as a superior base coat, and can also be used as a finishing coat. Suitable for application in places that often experience leaks such as ceilings, roofs, gutters or joints, tile or zinc roofs, asbestos or wood roofs, concrete roofs, water tanks, exterior walls, etc. This paint can also be used on cement/concrete, wood, iron and zinc.
